About

The Foster Bar Campground is located on the edge of a large meadow. The "take-out" boat ramp is just downstream and is renowned for its fishing opportunities. It's the location of the last battle fought during the Rogue River Indian Wars, so it's an important historic area. The lower river trail leads to the river for fishing. There are 8 campsites with a picnic table, fire pits, and a campground host.
