The General Information Flowing Lake is five miles northeast of the City of Snohomish. The middle of the "Three Lakes" chain starts with Storm Lake and ends with Panther Lake. The lake has an average depth of 28 feet. The recreational opportunities flowing lake is one of the few parks in the county that allows for water skiing. The public access points on Flowing Lake are boat launches. The Flowing Park at Leckie's Beach has campsites, cabins, a swimming beach, a boat launch, an amphitheater and picnic locations. The Department of Fish and Wildlife operates a boat launch on the southeast side of the lake.
