It is located in a canopy of trees just a short distance from the beach. The Fern ridge Flats is a great area. You could expect a lot of trees on our property. There is a picnic table with electricity, water, and a bathroom. There is a trail to explore all around the land. The neighborhood is a good place to raise children. If you plan on using illegal substances, please do not request to book. You will be called by local authorities if you are in contempt of camping rules.
