About
It will reopen in May after being closed for the season. The section of the river which has a popular area for fly fishing is also popular with pleasure boaters. The valley has Douglas fir, Oaks, and Madrone trees. Water below Pigeon Point is for water lovers. Those who are looking for an enjoyable ride with their friends and dog can go for the trail. You can always go swimming, fishing or do a little gold panning if you choose to. The Trinity River can be accessed in lots of places.
