Enjoy Jenkins Ferry, Saline River, a little further enjoy the bath houses and hot springs of Hot Springs, AR. Years ago this area saw major civil war battles, the Oak trees at Jenkins Ferry are huge and have a story to tell. Much of the land in the area had been logged heavily and even this land was clear cut. It is now a thriving pine forest, the land owner is working to coexist with the animals and nature.
