There are open meadows, forested areas, and a trail that circles the property. There are many outdoor activities in the Olympic National Park, including hiking, camping, climbing, swimming, ocean beaches, etc. Olympic Peninsula Motorcycle Club is 1/2 mile away. Olympic Discovery Trail for walking and biking 1.6 mi. Shopping in Port Angeles is 6 minutes away. The closest entrance to Olympic National Park is 9 miles up Deer Park Road (narrow road, no trailers or RVs allowed) with no facilities other than a 360 degree view into the Olympics and north to Vancouver Island from the top of Blue Mountain.
