About

The Deadlun Campground is located at Iron Canyon Lake, which is 500 acres in size and has an elevation of 2,665 feet. It's a nice place to fish, camp, hunters, and 4 wheel drive enthusiasts with 15 miles of forested shoreline. There are two campgrounds, a boat ramp, a network of primitive roads and trails, and many undeveloped camping spots. The Pacific Crest Trail and the Pit River Canyon are nearby. It is not uncommon to have solitude despite the lake's popularity. This campground is a great place to stay. You can take the forest routes to Lake McCloud or down towards the lake. This campground is a great place to base your adventures.
