About
It is possible to camp outside of campgrounds in the national forest, but only if you are staying for at least seven days per month. It is only allowed to be camped out for 14 days outside of the basin. It is not allowed to camp on the National Forest Lands, but if you choose to do so you should use dead and down wood. It's important to make sure your campfire is out. If fire restrictions are implemented, designated dispersed campsites will not be allowed to have campfires. You should plan accordingly.
