Chateau Vigne Boondocking dry camping

Chateau Vigne is our second home, sometimes short term rental on 1.34 acres on the west side of Atascadero. It is a serene and peaceful property. There are daily deer sitings on the property and the location couldn't be better. It is close to the 101 freeway, but far enough for peace and quiet. We are central to Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and Cambria. Only 30 minutes to Hearst Castle, 1.25 hours to Solvang, 24 minutes to Morro Bay or Cambria. There are more wineries than you could possibly visit, natural hot springs nearby, Atascadero lake, zoo, spas, amazing hiking, horse riding etc. Grocery, fast food, shopping & great restaurants are within minutes and the thrifting and antiquing around here is amazing. Atascadero has that small town feel with lots of community events on the calendar. PARKING: This parking spot is located on the front portion of the property on the opposite end of the swale. There is no access to the house or any other areas on the property other than the parking spot and there is a turnaround for easy exit. We ask that you don't go on the neighbor's property which starts with the garden bed and runs a straight line to the swale. Please also don't cross the bridge to the other side of the property. Be careful of the drop off of the swale. There are concrete blocks there to create a barrier, but it's best you don't test them, if you know what we mean. ;) This spot is appropriate for Class B and C rigs and some small to medium trailers. A class A could potentially fit, but in all honesty we haven't tried it yet! There are security cameras on the house, and we ask that you don't approach the house or go in the back yard. Dogs (maximum 2) are okay provided they stay leashed at all times and any droppings are immediately disposed of inside your RV. No extra fee for your fur babies. Sorry, no tent camping or fires are allowed. You will not have access to the rest of the property but you can expect to see daily deer sightings as they cross our yard between neighbors. Please do not feed them. ;) We do love our neighbors and request that only quiet and respectful campers inquire.
