It is possible to reach Cape Lookout state park camping through the scenic Wilson River pass. Along the way, stop and enjoy waterfalls, scenic views and some fishing. The Cape Lookout campground is located on a sand spit between Netarts Bay and the ocean and is a great place to stay. There are 170 tent sites with water nearby, 38 full-hookup sites, and six cabins with pets. Two sholders have ADA compliant ramps.
