Boca is a great place to play. It is possible to kayak and canoe in calm water. You can also swim and fish. The quote is "year round fishing". The ice fishing happens during winter. It is not allowed outside of the campgrounds. I will take you to the exit. You should go north under I-80 to reach Boca Reservoir.
