Enjoy a 7x10 tiny house on our 220 acre protected farm….the farm has a conservation easement to protect forever from development…..it also has a 12kW solar array so we are almost 100% renewable electricity……we raise grassfed cattle and pheasant and have tons of wildlife and wildflowers….we also have bee hives to support the critical pollinators .....there are 2 streams and beautiful hills to watch sunsets….the tiny house is in the field next to our farm house and has electricity to power a grill, lights and fan….it has a slop sink outside…you have access to our downstairs bathroom through a private door….toilet and shower are available…..you have 220 acres to roam….you are 2 miles from Greenwich, NY for shopping or restaurants and 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs for shopping and amazing dining….the fall foliage in upstate NY is full of amazing colors….the house is insulated and has 4 windows for fresh air…if you wish to go pheasant hunting or walk with the cows we can arrange that for additional fees….Washington County is one of the top Agricultural counties in NY and there are miles of rural roads to explore….come stay with us at Birch Hollow Farm…..
