The quiet lane has an RV lot on it. It is possible to walk to the beach in less than 4 minutes. They say that trees are for shade. Fishing, crabbing, boating, mini golf, golf cart rentals, restaurants, parasailing, and jet ski rentals can be had in the area. It's a great way to see dolphins if you are 10 minutes away from the ferry. You can stop at FortTravis on your way to the ferry. It is not possible to have a leash. The RV is not available for rent.
