About
If you're going to take an overnight trip into the canyonlands or orange cliffs, you need a permit. If you are going to Canyonlands National Park, you must have a printed and signed permit in your possession. It's not valid from a mobile device, and we recommend it. It is very competitive to get an overnight permit for White Rim trips in the fall and spring. You should apply early for these activities. It is limited. Campers who are not reserved in advance may be available at the visitor centers.
