About This Trail
The hike starts at the north end of Swan Lake Flat and goes through a forest and down the mountain into a field of travertine rock. Go north until you reach the sign that says "Fawn Pass", then head to the north. You can hike through lodgepole pine and Engelmann spruce and see Swan Lake Flat and the surrounding mountains after that. You should hike down the mountain carefully. Turn around and come back.
