About This Trail

Imported description

The military used this route to get to the fresh water chlorination stations at the former Army garrison in Unalaska. There were two routes to the military hospital that were offered by the trail. The trail goes down to the base of Pyramid Peak. You can see a variety of flora and fauna along the trail. Many of the plants are not common in the area. There are salmon berries and blueberries near the trail.
