About This Trail
There are nice views of Mount Washington. The terrain starts easy on the first mile of the trail. You will pass Mount Surprise when you have hiked more than 2 miles. It has great views of the Presidential Range, so you may want to spend some time on it. It is a preview of what you will see when you get to Mount Moriah. You can continue up the trail and pass some bushes. There is a sign for Mt. in 2 more miles of rocky terrain. It was quoted as " If you take a few feet more, you can view the Presidential Range and the other side of the state, all the way to Maine and Canada.
