The top of Moore Knobs has a panoramic view of the Hanging Rock, Sauratown Mountain and Pilot Mountain. The loop starts by the lake. It is a part of several trails, including a nature trail. There are two options at the summit. The 1.6 m option has a lot of stair steps. The 2.6 m option has a lot of rocks.
