About This Trail

It may be the most popular hike in Orange County for the family. It was said that the swearing words from the mouth of "Cussin' Jim" Smith was used to wash out the Nature here. There was a Bears death at the mouth of Trabucca Canyon, after he robbed honey at a bee stand. The rains are essential for a pleasant journey. The trail goes down a small hill, crosses the stream several times and leads to a waterfall on the right side of the road. You should watch for poison oak during your final mile to the falls. This may seem like a small thing but Holy Jim Falls is a chapel in the brush.
