Garcia Trail to Azusa Peak [CLOSED]

There is a note that thegarza is currently closed. No one could have entered. The north end of the trail is located at the grass area adjacent to the fire station. The trail climbs steeply and stays about the ascending ridge. The chaparral is thick and mature, with not much shade in route. The trail crosses over to the west slope at the end of the three quarters of a mile journey. This is a section of the city that can be clearly seen. The Glendora Ridge Motorway is a dirt service road which is closed to vehicular traffic. The path up to the mountain is informal and will take about 0.2 more miles. The San Gabriel Valley and the surrounding area have great views. Return the way you left it.
