The Lost Rapids Campground is located on the eastern shores of Pine Creek Lake. The campground is popular with campers who enjoy birdwatching, fishing and wildlife photography. People enjoy fishing, boating and picnicking. The common fish include crappie, white bass, largemouth bass, channel catfish, flathead catfish and various types of sunfish. Half of the campsites at FacilitiesLost Rapids have electric hookups. A group campsite has electric hookups. There are flush toilets, drinking water and a boat ramp. Pine Creek Lake has 3,750 acres and 74 miles of shoreline. The lake is in southeastern Oklahoma. The attractions are close to the state parks. Fort Towson, a Confederate command post that was built in 1824, is also interesting.
