The travel corridor is the primary source of information for recreation. The main travel corridors are I-80, Highway 49, Highway 20, Highway 89, and Foresthill Divide Road. Highway 89 begins its journey through the National Forest near Lake City. There are a lot of campgrounds, ski resorts, and motorcycle areas. The highway starts at the Lake and goes to the Granite Chief Wilderness. There are activities listed.
