This is correct; Upper Mesa Falls is about a mile south of Lower Mesa Falls. There are multiple sites at the campground. The sites have electrical power available to them. The park contains some fish and birds and is located north of Mesa Falls. Go a mile to the park if you want to get there. The abandoned railway bed is now a hiking trail. There were points along the way.
