About This Trail
The south side of the Lilly Lake parking lot is where the Storm Pass trail begins. The trail winds up through the forest and provides a glimpse of Longs Peak. The junction to the top Estes Cone is marked with good signs. The route becomes more difficult after you join the Estes Cone trail. The trail is hard to navigate but you will make it to the top if you follow the cairns.
