Cotile Recreation Area

The impoundment Cotile Lake is located in the uplands fifteen miles from Alexandria, Louisiana. The lake is big, measuring 1,775 acres in size. It was stocked with the proper species and number of fish in the sixties after the completion of the project. It's a big cleared area for swimming, and it has complete bath house facilities nearby. There is a area that is cleared and used for water skiing and other winter activities. The areas for picnicking are modern and complete. It is also possible for campers tolocate.
